Well, it's been a long couple of weeks, but the pictures came in from Detour!
Link's cosplay was VERY fun to do at the convention, although a bit tiresome I found with the weight of the chainmaille. I wore this costume in shifts, switching back and fourth between my splicer most of the convention. It felt so good to shrug it off and relax once I got home!
This was one of the pictures I was most fond of. <3 Now that my cosplay stuff is done for the year, I can also finally get back to drawing again!!! <3
On a side note, I have made a few edits to this picture. Lighting and cloning fixes here and there, some touch ups on my hair and eyebrows. I also changed the background to something more Zelda-appropriate.
With summer around the corner who knows? Maybe my boyfriend and I will be able to get out somewhere and take some nice forest shots with this costume! (No promises, sorry!
